The gin gets its aubergine-purple colour from organic colourings. That describes the colourings; it is not a claim that the whole gin is certified organic. The glass itself is clear.

Six ingredients: aubergine, honey, lemon, black peppercorns, thyme and rosemary.

Only subtly. The intended profile is lightly spiced, with a very subtle hint of aubergine. The final balance of the recipe is still in development.

Around 40% ABV. This is provisional until the recipe is final.
